General Info:

Things to bring:
□Food for duration of stay- this is to avoid tummy troubles with a food switch. Please include amount per meal instructions (or we will use our best judgement.)
□Any toys they might want in their kennel- we have balls for fetch, but don't leave them in the kennel.
□Beds/Blankets. We have mats, but do not have any cloth based bedding for the most efficient sanitization between puppies.
Optional:
□Treats. We have some basic treats (and give them very often) but please feel free to bring in their favorite with their food. If there is a kind you do not want us to give, let us know.

Proof of current Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper vaccination are required Prior to first boarding.

Directions:

Heading South from International Falls, you will see the blue 'Silver Bahr Boarding Kennel' Sign. Take a right onto the dirt road marked UT-501 with the 'Dead End' sign. The boarding kennel is the large building on the right side behind the row of pine trees.

Please keep in mind all visits are by appointment only.

Meals and Treats:

We highly recommend bringing enough food/snacks/treats for the duration of your pet's stay. A sudden change of diet can have negative effects on your puppy's digestive system and make them sick. However, we always keep plenty of food on hand for guests who forget to pack meals or are visiting from out of town. Please let us know if your dog has any known allergies or food restrictions and note the additional cost per day for this service.

Kibble Meals: $5.00 per day, per dog.

Medication Administration:

Please let us now if your dog requires medication or supplement administration!

If your pup needs medication/supplements to be administered while they're with us, we'll need detailed feeding/medication instructions to be provided prior to drop off. If the medication/supplement is a consumable, we ask that each meal be individually packaged and labeled with the medication/supplement added to the appropriate bags. If you use pill pockets or specific treats to give medication, please bring an appropriate amount as well.

If the medication/supplement is topical and not added to a meal, please provide detailed instructions prior to drop off.

It may seem like a lot to do...but we really want to be sure your puppy gets the correct dosage at the correct time while they're in our care. ♥️
